ANDY BOUCHARD CALLING UP HIS SISTER DECEIVING HER TOTALLY
In Andy Bouchard'sfirst ever telephone call to his oldest sister Léona Bouchard, of Calgary, Alta., Andy concealed the fact that his real intentions were to gain support to evict his father out of his home of over fifty years.
Andy Bouchard's plans of committing his father had been abruptlybrought to an end after his sister of B.C. flew in announced mere hours after receiving a disturbing telephone call from Andy, also her first ever since 1972, whereby Andy stated callously to her that her father was "cornflakes" and that "he wouldbe staring out of a window in a rocking chair" the rest of his day, and that "if shewanted him, she could have him!"
Andy also indicated that there would be heavy costs to maintain theirfather in an institution ~ in hindsight, already setting up others for his next move which was to sue the St. Eustache Church for negligence.
When this sister arrived, Andy stated that had already made "discrete" inquiries from witnessesand determined that as a result of the carpets just being cleaned in time for Christmas, the church staff were negligent in not sanding the sidewalks for fear of tracking in sand which contributed to the icy conditions. Several other congregation members also suffered a slip and fall on ice after a rain which made the sidewalks very treacherous.
