Coerced by vindictive, corrupt son Andy Bouchard to charge daughter with assault which Lionel Bouchard admitted at trial months later never occurred,
later confirming to this daughter that he was forced to perjure himself!

Andy Bouchard violently coerced (after drugging) Lionel Bouchard to press assault charges against his sister for an incident that Lionel Bouchard admitted in court never occurred! However, this bogus charge - revenge from Andy Bouchard for having been caught with "hands in the cookie jar" after being reported for stealing both his father and sister's cellular phones, Visa, and sister's binder, in a rage, after learning his power of attorney had been revoked, at a time when Lionel Bouchard his father first discharged from Grace Hospital and now facing two "theft" charges which he paid a lawyer to have dropped claiming "family dispute". When he arrived at his father's home, his sister from Calgary was calling to warn her father and sister of B.C. that youngest sister of Winnipeg had called her to inform all of them that Andy Bouchard was planning a "coup" with family members to move their father to the St. Eustache Manor and was gaining momentum when Andy Bouchard had called her in Winnipeg to demand her several times to attend the "family gathering" at the Holiday Inn in Winnipeg on the pretense of it being a "birthday get together for their father". Andy Bouchard has invited seniors from Elie to attend as well as his brother and sister-in-law and Aunt Peggy Keough from Winnipeg to become party to his diabolical plan to oust Lionel from his home of 50 years....
(In other words, in Manitoba, it is perfectly legal to steal if the victims are family"?)
But then that same "law" was not afforded his sister from B.C. who Andy Bouchard ~ using his father, mother Jeannette Van Steelant (heavily under morphine and incapable of legally doing such), and sister Lynda Staub ~ false charged her with
fabricated trumped up charges to use the unassuming legal system to prevent her from keeping her father out of the mental asylum and taking their mother to be cured from cancer in Houston, Texas, at world renown Burzynski Clinic
who has a 93% cure rate where Jeannette Van Steelant had initially gone with her same daughter, only to be convinced that the medication was not working so that Lynda Staub, Helene Johnson could spend two weeks at the spa in Baja Mexico, related to Usana where Lynda is a commissioned sales representative to have a needless $41,000 operation to come home and die being prescribed wheat grass......
Andy Bouchard's motives were to ensure that he could evict his father, this after his sister succeeded in preventing Andy Bouchard's initial attempts to commit their father!
Tossing his father out on the "street", paved the way for Andy Bouchard to put the Bouchard Centennial Homestead up "for sale" which Andy Bouchard did,
(until forced to remove sign by angry protesting neighbours/friends/family) property (with the help of his sister Lynda Staub who works at Winnipeg Land Titles office as a document examiner) deliberately unencumbered by a Life Estate Caveat or Mortgage which his father was forced to carry interest free for Andy Bouchard at under market valuations since 2002!
Mortgage balance still remains unpaid today, after Lionel Bouchard's death as cleverly designed by Andy Bouchard.
Lynda Staub, sister, who works at Winnipeg Land Titles, in collusion with Andy Bouchard, ensured that their father Lionel Bouchard's legal rights were never registered to protect their father which ultimately these immoral and abusive adult children took advantage of!
Despite the Justice system, the RCMP, the courts, lawyers, elderly abuse societies, family, life-time neighbours, friends, etc., no one but this one daughter from B.C. stepped in to assist this senior hoping all would be "swept under the carpet" after his death ~ not willing to step in to report this injustice.
Andy Bouchard, having been exposed for trying to commit their father, now had his sights on tying to commit his sister in giving false information to the RCMP to prevent his sister's release after she flew in from B.C. to deal with the false charges! Then before the judge Andy Bouchard as well as Lionel Bouchard attempted desperately to convince the judge that this victim was in need of a psychiatric evaluation!
Below, in hindsight , one cannot fathom how the RCMP/Justice of the Peace/Crown were deceived in given credence to all the reasons Andy Bouchard had stated as opposition for his sister's release!
