Deceived based on false information as relayed by her siblings (similar to what had been told to sister in Calgary who later discovered the truth that she had been manipulated) Helene Johnson, of Wisconsin, comments are out of line, proof she has been manipulated, deceived, exploited by her brother and sisters of Manitoba to champion their malicious acts towards their parents and illegal untold activity over the years in which all four are intertwined.

Helene Johnson was totally deceived at least initially, but her actions now prove that she is party with her brother and sisters who - Andy Bouchard  - who denied the existence of a life estate agreement he had entered into with his father as part of the agreement of sale of the second half of the property he forced his father to sell him in September 2002.

Rather Helene Johnson was led to believe from Angie Bouchard's email that her brother Andy Bouchard had been doing his father "a favour" by allowing him to live "free' in his home, on the Bouchard Centennial Homestead, in Elie, Manitoba, where he had lived for over fifty years. when the truth was that father and son had a life estate agreement
​Andy Bouchard was now choosing not to honour at his father's expense!

It was not until forced to court in mid-2008, did Andy Bouchard provide the formal Agreement he had entered into with his father, an agreement up until that time, Andy Bouchard had denied to all his siblings or others in the community existed!

While in the hospital in January 2006, Andy Bouchard had destroyed all his father's documents to ensure the truth did not get out with respect to his financial abuse of his father over the years and the life estate he was denying existed!

Lionel Bouchard re-admitted to Emergency because of neglect by his son Andy Bouchard in not providing his father with medical attention when called by Lionel Bouchard's room mate who was leaving to go home for Christmas.

Andy Bouchard, by his own admission, left his father all alone a this critical time, after being admitted for 24-hour in Emergency after being transported by ambulance to the Grace Hospital.  Lionel Bouchard was stitched to the back of the head and was informed he had almost died three times, at St. Eustache Church where he slipped on ice and hit his head and again in Emergency!

Nurse at Grace Hospital recommended not filling out "dementia" prescription. 

To prevent falling, Lionel Bouchard himself purchased a three step stool to reach the top of his cupboards, purchased at London Drugs as well as prune juice.

Upon learning that he had been tricked into signing a power of attorney at the Grace Hospital by Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub, he immediately revoked it, appointing Claire Demery as power of attorney.

Lynda Staub, despite her father's protests, went ahead and "cleaned out her father's home" while Andy Bouchard buried and destroyed his legal and personal documents from his home - in readiness to "list" the property for sale!

Andy Bouchard own admission that he was planning for his father "not coming out of the hospital!" as  at that stage, Andy Bouchard was trying to commit his father as stated to his former fiancée and in his call to his sister in B.C. the second week of January!
