  mortgage Lionel carried was not registered on title paving the
  way for abuse and withdrawal of equity by Andy Bouchard.

André & Angela Bouchard, as trustees, purchased Kenora lakefront acreage, approximately 143 acres June 30, 2003 for $50,000.

Transfer to Andy & Angie Bouchard, as trustee, property $134,000 November 15, 2004.

Angela Bouchard  transferred property to Andy Bouchard June 1, 2006.

Andy Bouchard consolidated property June 6, 2006.

Note this is also the date given by Andy Bouchard to his father Lionel Bouchard whereby his father could return to his homestead - an agreement Andy Bouchard refused to honour!

Instead Andy threatened he would charge his father with tresspass if he entered the house.  Lionel Bouchard conferred with Sgt. Gibbs, of the Headingley RCMP who was unaware of any such report.
