                AT THE BANK OF MONTREAL

Impersonating Lionel Bouchard, Andre Lionel Bouchard (Jr.),  using telephone Telpay, transacted banking services on his father's account, without his knowledge or consent while Lionel Bouchard was in B.C.

Andy Bouchard transferred savings from his father's account to reduce the balance on his credit card and then lowered the credit limit to ensure he was financially detrimentally affecting his father who left the province.

The original credit card, Andy Bouchard stole from his father's mailbox in Elie, Manitoba, and it had to be replaced.
