Lynda Staub, Andy Bouchard and Claire Demery were caught in the process of trying to commit their father and had to resort to evicting their father from his home denying Lionel Boucahrd his legal right to return to his home in Elie, Manitoba.

 Lynda Staub admits taking turns "sleeping over" at her father's room in the St. Eustache Manor to prevent him  from having contact with anyone who could assist him in retaining legal counsel.
