Transfer to Andy & Angie Bouchard, as trustee, property $134,000 November 15, 2004.
Angela Bouchard transferred property to Andy Bouchard June 1, 2006.
Andy Bouchard consolidated property June 6, 2006.
Note this is also the date given by Andy Bouchard to his father Lionel Bouchard whereby his father could return to his homestead - an agreement Andy Bouchard refused to honour!
Instead Andy threatened he would charge his father with trespass if he entered the house. Lionel Bouchard conferred with Sgt. Gibbs, of the Headingley RCMP who was unaware of any such report.
Andy Bouchard prohibited his father from carrying a gun on the property to keep the crow population down on ths property and for the neighbours for the past fifty years!
Andy Bouchard "maliciously" turned over his father, Lionel Bouchard's shotgun to the Headingley RCMP after evicting his then 82-year old father out of his home of over fifty years.
On January 27, 2006, Lionel Bouchard, at his request, had been brought home from the hospital by his daughter who flew out from B.C. after her Lionel complained to her that Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub had forced him to apply for a room at the Manitoba Housing Complex in St. Eustache as condition of discharge!

Lionel Bouchard had recovered 100% from a concussion from a slip and fall on ice at a friend's funeral in December 2005! Andy Bouchard went into an absolute fury learning his father had returned home despite Andy Bouchard having changed the front door lock and stripped his father of his keys and credit card.
It took Lionel Bouchard three trips to the RCMP to regain his gun....
