Unsuccessful in his first attempt at of charging his sister with uttering threats, Andy Bouchard, allegedly assisted with the aid of his wife Angie Bouchard who works as a clerk at AgassizYouth Centre in Portage La Prairie, covertly manipulated an inmate, one of several inmate who served meals tothe Youth Detention Centre on a daily basis, to testify conveniently on the day of the hearing for an"alleged"incident that "purportedly occured several days prior", threats to kill her brother with a gun - none-the-less, preposterous charge as any ever heard, devised to be taken seriously by the justice system!
Charge "Stayed" - Crown unable to locate inmate.
Despite having purchased a flight to B.C., yet another false charge egistered coincidentally (?) on day of bail hearing, for another "alleged" threat which had occurred days prior, which led to spending Christmas Day 2006 in the oldest secured section, with actual bars, in a small cell approximately 8' x 4', on the floor on an upside "tupperware boat" as it is called in the unit of this 100-year-old-ghost-sightings at the facility by both guards and inmates - due to hangings on the grounds in the early years, whereby to this day bodies are buried on the grounds, in Portage La Prairie.
