LYNDA STAUB - THEFT OF MOTHER'S PROPERTY
On October 24, 2006, immediately after Andy Bouchard had his sister from B.C. charged with "attempted kidnap" of their mother to take her down to the Houston, Texas, cancer clinic, Lynda
Staub on that exact day registered the property transferred from her mother to her step-father (this while Jeannette Van Steelant had in writing given approval to
return with her daughter for cancer treatment as in 2005, as last hope due to the fact that the doctors in Winnipeg had only given her a 2% chance of survival due to lack of advanced medication such as Avastin and Petscan not yet available at that time in Manitoba!
The transfer document has been signed in July 2006. However, it was never registered within the required five days at Winnipeg Land Titles where Lynda Staub works.
Lynda Staub had bragged to her step-father Robert Van Steelant, that she was in the habit
of withholding registrations to suit herself and others.
Furthermore, the document was purportedly "witnessed" by Claire Demery's daughter,
stating that she was present when the transfer occurred. However, Robert Van Steelant
is adamant that Claire Demery's daughter was at the family farm (almost across Stoney Mountain Penitentiary)
Andy Bouchard carried his heavily medicated mother to the Stonewall RCMP to lay false charges against her daughter, unaware that Jeanntte (Bouchard) Van Steelant had already arranged to go to Houston, Texas with her daughter as in 2005.
Under morphine, not lucid in Jeannette Van Steelant's video statement Andy Bouchard is overhead coaching his mother what to say and at times correcting her.
At no time on the video does Andy Bouchard show any love or concern with respect to his mother or her health.
Rather the topic is centered solely with respect to money, R.R.S.P.'s, etc., etc., along with ridiculous statements of sequence of events, including accusing his sister of stealing $10,000 cash from the basement (which statement was later retracted) stating that possibly "loose change only" in the neighborhood of $500 might be missing!
Robert Van Steelant lodged a report with the Stonewall RCMP with respect to the theft of property bequeathed to his wife as a wedding present in 2000.
At Winnipeg Land Titles office, where Lynda Staub has been employed for the past twenty
years, Lynda Staub had fradulently typed in her name onto the transfer document signed by her mother and father to become "joint tenant" with her step-father, unbeknownst to either her mother and stepfather!
Robert Van Steelant was forced to pay over $23,000 in legal fees to sever the illegal "joint"
registration perpetrated by Lynda Staub in the course of her employment with Winnipeg Land Titles office, and as admitted by Lynda Staub to Robert Van Steelant, she was in the habit of doctoring or withholding documentation by virtue of her employment as a records clerk.
