    Lionel Bouchard deceived into signing power of attorney in favour of André
   Bouchard & Lynda Staub, slipped beneath Lionel's driver lience and
   van insurance renewal papers.
   Lionel Bouchard at the Grace Hospital Cafeteria he repeatedly refused numerous
   attempts for over  1/2  hour witnessed by several family members to sign a power
   of attorney eventually covertly slipped beneath insurance renewal papers
   for his  signature.

January 27, 2006, the day of his discharge from the hospital, Lionel  Bouchard learned that he had been deceived into signing a Power of Attorney, Lionel immediately revoked the power of attorney making Claire Demery the new power of attorney, which he later learned was another mistake as she was working in conjunction with Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub in evicting him from his home.  

  Lionel Bouchard claims he never initiated power of attorney in
  October 2005, at Andy Bouchard's lawyer's in Portage La Prairie,
  Manitoba, as claimed in Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub's affidavits.
