                                                       Sister of B.C.,
                                    incurred numerous costly trips
                                             for the purpose of:

         -     preventing her father from being committed
               January 2006 by Andy Bouchard, as confirmed by
               Susie Waldner.  Andy Bouchard had been looking for
                                     a mental facility in Portage to place his father

         -     trips taken for mother initially in 2005 to the Burzynski
               Clinic to save her life and again in 2006 when stopped by Andy
               Bouchard at which time Andy Bouchard discharged mother
               from Stonewall Hospital

         -     trips taken her father to court twice for protection orders 
               against Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery
               who in February 2006 evicted their father from his home
               of 50 years against his will 

          -    to assist Lionel Bouchard for appearances in court for civil 
                actions re life estate as an unpaid vendor since 2008
