RCMP Sgt. Gibbs ordered Andy Bouchard to release his father Lionel Bouchard's motor home on the farm in Elie in the care of Ken Beaudin in August 2008. 

Ken Beaudin felt threatened by Andy Bouchard who was in such a rage that Ken feared being hit by Andy!!!!
