Affidavit - December 8, 2009
1. Claire Demery stated that her father Lionel Bouchard wanted to borrow $25,000 from Mike Slegers which is untrue as Mike Slegers in audio below is not admitting it. In fact Mike Slegers was blackmailing Lionel Bouchard because Claire had offered him $5,000 for bringing him back to them which backfired when Lionel Bouchard's lawyer hired four private investigators to drive him to Regina Airport because as sister from B.C. predicted they would and did try to charge Lionel Bouchard's lawyer with abducting his client!
2. Below you can see Claire Demery's involvement in that she promises she will not remove her father from his home.
3. Next you see her truck parked outside the St. Eustache Manor after Claire and her siblings were unsuccessful in getting a Peace Bond against sister from B.C.
However, immediately after court, they moved their father against his will to the manor and took turns sleeping overnight to ensure there was no contact or help for Lionel Bouchard who had already cancelled his room on January 30, 2006, when he was discharged in care of daughter form B.C.
4. Lionel Bouchard had telephoned and faxed instructions to the Caisse Populaire who were aware of Lionel's whereabouts. Claire Demery in those two weeks of his "sudden disappearance" did not once call her father.
5. In fact she sprung into action only after furious brother Andy Bouchard received notice that a caveat for a life estate had been put on the property in Elie.
6. Claire Demery and Andy Bouchard were beneficiaries on their father's insurance policy with Pencorp.
7. Claire Demery was going to take her mother to a third world Mexico to the Sanivov Clinic until her sister form B.C. foiled her plans and arranged a flight to Houston, Texas, to the Burzynski Cancer Clinic with a 93% cure rate. Below you see that Claire Demery put a caveat on her mother's property to ensure she got her share of her mother's estate as opposed to saving her life!!!
8. Claire Demery it is alleged is indebted to her brother Andy Bouchard as he cosigned for her house while she was going through an ugly divorce with Gordon Demery who moved to Arizona after the marriage break up and his failure at the Farm Implement Dealership he and Andy Bouchard owned with the financing of Jeannette Van Steelant.

Claire Demery again slept over at her father's house and signed this Agreement stating she would not be moving her father which she had no intentions of honouring....as she physically moved her father two weeks later from Elie to a Manitoba Housing Complex in st. Eustache, this against this agreement and against her father's will and after Peace Bond denied against sister that same day!

Claire Demery was more concerned about her inheritance than her mother Jeannette Van Steelant's of Stonewall life....
It is alleged that Claire Demery is indebted to her brother Andy Bouchard who is rumoured to have cosigned for her house she currently lives in as Claire Demery's divorce had not yet been finalized.
St. Eustache Manor where Claire Demery took her turn "guarding" her father at Andy Bouchard's instructions to ensure father did not uphold his legal right to his Life Estate on the Bouchard Farm in Elie drawn up between himself and his son, the son who still to this day has not paid up the mortgage he carried for him when under duress his son forced him to sell the second half of the homestead. Witness was present....
Lynda Staub threanted to charge her father with "child abuse" if he came back to Manitoba!!!!
