The common thread found between the three abusers (Lynda Staub, Helene Johnson, Claire Demery) is the fact that they have financial dealings amongst each other and therefore are indebted to Andy Bouchard, the "puppet master".
According to step-father (Robert Van Steelant), Andy Bouchard co-signed mortgage for his sister who was going through a nasty divorce to Gordon Demery of Teulon, Manitoba.
Andy Bouchard took out a $12,000 line of credit for Lynda Staub who was paying back $100 a month, this as divulged by Lynda Staub to her financial advisor and sister of B.C. who held both Lynda, Bob Staub and daughters' investment & R.R.S.P. accounts. As a heavy smoker, Bob was unable to change his life insurance policy with his investment adviser. For several years, Bob Staub was unemployed and Lynda Staub relied financially on her mother Jeannette Van Steelant to pay her vehicle repairs, tires, food, children's needs, etc. and even took over two of her mother's cars, one after her mother's passing away.
Lynda Staub, without her step-father Robert Van Steelant's knowledge or consent even charged her Mother's funeral to his VISA charge card, then proceeded after the funeral to provide him after much delay with a new Will from her Mother which she had her Mother sign (while under heavy influence of morphine) at Lynda Staub's own lawyer - George Chapman.
This same lawyer "witnessed" in January 2006, Andy Bouchard slip a Power of Attorney under insurance documents at the Grace Hospital for his father to sign in his (Andy) and Lynda Staub's favour after much protest and refusal from their father Lionel Bouchard.
This deceitful, illegal act was witnessed by Claire Demery and her family, and sister of B.C. who were stunned at the ease with which their devious and obviously well-skilled farm equipment salesman brother performed as "second nature" this diabolical and illegal act which paved the way to strip their father of his rights and enabled Andy Bouchard with this forged document to open up a Personal Injury Claim with David Bradley for a fall his father Lionel Bouchard had sustained at the St. Eustache Church.....
