February 2, 2006, Andy Bouchard called in to report "false break & enter".  Lionel Bouchard was "terrified" and would not open the door more than a few inches to receive the prune juice he had previously requested.

Interestingly as sister drove past the driveway, she
encountered Andy Bouchard leaving in his white truck shortly after 9:00 p.m. as Andy had been alerted by the RCMP that his sister was in town as she had contacted the detachment with respect to Andy's theft charges and had already been at his father's house to cause a problem to ensure that his father would not speak to his daughter.

Andy Bouchard also makes the allegation that sister
was trying to return the "stolen" passport - the passport Andy Bouchard himself had a key to his father's small safety deposit box at the house, and "mysteriously" reappeared on its own....
