Claire Demery's rebuttal on December 8, 2009, in an attempt to "set aside" the first of two Protection Orders dated October 30, 2009. (Click here.)
Claire Demery, Andy & Angie Bouchard and Lynda Staub, destroyed their father's personal possessions from his home in Elie, (27 bags of their father's personal effects ~ this by Lynda Staub's own admission in an email to siblings).
This occurred while their father was in the hospital and against his wishes - refer to Lynda Staub's email.
Rather this was in preparation for the sale of the property as Andy Bouchard listed theBouchard Centennial Farm, and under community pressure, removed the "for sale" sign at the end of the road.
February 14, 2006, Andy Bouchard proceeded to procure "NoTrespass Orders" after an unsuccessfulapplications for a Peace Bond against sister from B.C. This measure taken to prevent Lionel Bouchard from having any support, or to retain legal counselto uphold his legal right to his home and unregistered mortgage money due Lionel by son Andy Bouchard!
Accusations and questioning father's mental state when all he ever wanted was his right to his home of over 50 years, as per the life estate agreement he holds with his son Andy Bouchard, who took advantage of his brief hospitalization to evict his father from his home in Elie.
Claire Demery claims to have done nothing to deserve a Protection Order. Let us recall the fact that Claire Demery assisted in evicting her father from his home anddestroying his property while he was in the hospital in January 2006. Obtaining a copy of a power of attorney from the lawyer's office, Claire Demery used this copy (unauthorized by her father) to close down her father's overdraft at the Elie Caisse Populaire.
Claire Demery then proceeded to transfer $2,000 to a savings account, to ensure that Claire would financially hemorrhage her father who she knew to be in B.C. at the time, who by then had enlisted the aid of a lawyer to register two caveats for a "life estate" and as an unpaid vendor against Andy Bouchard.
