      Fraudulent Transfer of Land July 17, 2006
 According to Robert Van Steelant, while at Winnipeg Land Titles office,
 Lynda Staub fraudulently typed her name on the transfer document enabling her to become  registered as joint-tenant
with her step-father whereby after reporting it to the  Stonewall RCMP, her step-father was forced to initiate a lawsuit to sever ties!

It is alleged that Lynda Staub was blackmailing her father because of her knowledge of his personal/business affairs, as a result of Lynda Staub and Andy Bouchard having a key to access their step-father and mother's records at any given  point.  Furthermore, Lynda Staub did not register this property as required within five days, but rather waited until October 24, 2006, at which time the registration was then mailed to her step-father!

                                  which boasts of a 93% cure rate, as Jeannette
                                  Van Steelant had been accompanied by
                                  Robert Van Steelant and daughter from B.C. 
                                  Marlene Légaré in January 2005, after
                                  Winnipeg doctors gave her only a 2% chance
                                  of survival.

Settlement: $88,000 less $10,000 forged by Lynda Staub who charged, on Robert Van Steelant's VISA card, Jeannette Van Steelant's funeral.

Legal fees deducted $20,000 = $58,000 divided by six beneficiaries named at the time Lynda Staub had her mother, under the heavy influence of morphine revise her "Will" to exclude three sisters of Lynda Staub's choice, not her mother's!
