ANDY BOUCHARD & LYNDA STAUB'S VISCIOUS BARRAGE OF SLANDEROUS ATTACKS & CHARGES TO DISCREDIT & DISCOURAGE SISTER OF B.C. FROM ENFORCING OR BRINGING ATTENTION TO FATHER'S LIFE ESTATE RIGHT TO HIS HOME IN ELIE, MANITOBA!  SADLY, MOTHER JEANNETTE VAN STEELANT WAS CAUGHT IN THE CROSS FIRE AND PAID WITH HER LIFE AFTER BEING PREVENTED FROM RETURNING TO CANCER CLINIC IN HOUSTON, TEXAS, A CLINIC WITH A 93% CURE RATE SHE HAD ATTENDED EARLIER IN 2005 WITH THIS SAME DAUGHTER & HUSBAND WHICH TREATMENT HAD AMAZED HER ONCOLOGISTS IN WINNIPEG!

Endless numerous charges and attempted charges at the Headingley RCMP laid by Andy Bouchard & Lynda Staub to prevent sister from B.C. coming to her father and mother's aid to conceal their alleged past criminal illegal activities & to ensure no others be uncovered by this astute financially educated sister!

Note the ludicrous reasons ticked off in this RCMP check-off list to prevent her bail when she flew in from B.C. after tax season to deal with the "warrant" issued for "allegedly" assaulting her father, an assault Lionel Bouchard later at trial denied ever occurred - a charge initiated after Andy Bouchard drove his father to press charges, this after Andy Bouchard had again drugged his father repeatedly at that time and along with threats of harm and under duress drove him to the detachment to pave the way for Andy Bouchard to steal his father's rights to his home unimpeded - that is until now! 

Also this charge was in part retaliation by Andy Bouchard after he was charged with using his key to enter his father's house and stealing his father and sister's cellular and other legal paperwork.)  Andy Bouchard's charges were stayed after his defense of "family dispute" was upheld - yet with all the similar alleged charges Andy Bouchard and his sister pressed against their sister to keep her out of Manitoba, was followed through despite the Crown admitting that she wanted to drop them but was under "extreme pressure" to keep the "family happy".

In hindsight, this sister should have take advantage of legal representation at the Headingley RCMP Detachment, after she discovered how one-sided justice can be based on false, unproven allegations and "ticked-off" reasons to be detained along with obviously false assessments of the victim with almost insurmountable painstainstaken cards of discreditation stacked against her by Andy & Angie Bouchard who are very familiar with system and who works at the Agassiz Youth Center, along with an endless arsenal of lawyers he uses as Andy Bouchard later admitted to the Headingley RCMP. 

A business woman running an extremely successful financial business is not likely to be of "no fixed-address", nor a flight-risk having who on her own accord had flown out from B.C., having rented a vehicle for several days, as well rented a motel room prior to attending the Headingley Detachment to deal with the false assault allegations.

Victim realized she had been "set-up" and was held in Winnipeg Remand for several days while Andy Bouchard ran wild with false allegations, deceiving siblings based on being forced to "justify" why he was evicting his father, having them forward emails, telephone calls and letters to the RCMP and at bail time tried to have her undergo a pyschiatric evaluation based on malicious and unfounded accusations.. 

While in Remand, Andy Bouchard repeatedly harassed his sister's lawyer on three separate occasions with more lies to discredit and defame her to her attorney, now accusing her of trying to take her father out of the country, when the truth was that his sister had paid for a five-day cruise to the Bahamas to assist her father to recover in the warm weather after a concussion months prior, a cruise Lionel Bouchard never got to enjoy because he was not informed nor would he have been allowed to accept as evidenced by Laurent Houde in St. Eustache who was not allowed to take his brother-in-law from the same complex out for Chinese supper in Winnipeg!

In a prior year, these same siblings had previously chipped in a "token amount" for the cruise this same sister initiated and paid for their father to go to Alaska from Vancouver!

Andy Bouchard allegedly once again drugged his then 82-year old father in order to force him to perjure himself under duress to press "false charges of assault against daughter" to ensure she would not foil his plan to evict his father from his home of over fifty years in Elie on the Bouchard Centennial Homestead!

Lionel Bouchard later set the record straight in court, whereby under oath, he stated that no assault ever occurred!   This after causing legal havoc and ruining his daughter's 20-year financial planning career after Andy Bouchard placed numerous defamatory calls to the dealership who was in the midst of losing its
accreditation and who seized the opportunity to steal her book of business under false violation of regulations - only to turn around and blatantly break the "black and white rules" of the industry, this coming from two compliance officers themselves!

Andy Bouchard would have carried out early on his despicable plans to "commit" his father or at the very least evict him had it not been for the opposition from his sister who was determined to assist her father uphold his legal rights under life estate to his home of over 50 years!

Every possible reason to oppose release was ticked off including that of no-fixed address, history of violence, concerns about individual's mental health - every possible reason to prevent bail and to keep Marlene Légaré in Manitoba!

Every possible box that could be checked off was to discredit/defame his sister and to deny her bail after she on her own accord flew from B.C. to deal with a charge of assault she learned about from Aunt Yvette Houde of Elie when an article of "Don't mess with Grandma" was posted in the Headingley Newspaper.  By that time, Andy Bouchard had gained momentum slandering with untruths to his siblings - none of which were true, later regretting their emails and letters to "bury" their innocent sister who was astute enough to see through her brother's plans to commit and/or evict their father.....and most likely preventing her father's imminent death in such an institution.

Assault charges laid by Lionel Bouchard. At trial Lionel Bouchard admitted under oath that there never had been any assault whatsoever! Marlene Légaré was acquitted! Andy Bouchard had installed an ILLEGAL CHAIN in his father's room at the St. Eustache Manor and was required to remove it as it was against regulations, especially in light of intercom security in existence at the front door of the Manoré

Assault charges were laid under duress by Lionel Bouchard after being threatened and forced to file charges and driven to RCMP detachment in Headingley one or two days after the "alleged" incident took place.  At trial months later, Lionel Bouchard admitted that NO ASSAULT occurred. Victim was acquitted, but not after having been arrested, humiliated publicly through the newspapers and at her place of employment.  Andy Bouchard repeatedly and maliciously called the her investment dealership who took this opportunity on pretext of breaking one of their "grey" rules to steal her book of business which the president of the dealership admitted to her was required to pay the compliance officer's salary now that the dealership no longer existed. The President himself threatened to bring in the police!!!!  This, against all regulations and being on an ethics committee  very much aware this is a criminal action.  Further this same ethics board member proceeded to offer her compensation if she would go around to introduce his former compliance officer now on his staff to clients - some insurance clients when it was pointed out that this staff member was not insurance licenced!  In an email, the reply was that there were "ways around it" and the illegal meetings took place with no consequences to parties involved.....

With respect to the "mischief charge" in Winnipeg, neither the judge nor victim's lawyer were aware that the matter involved an "illegal chain"  installed by Andy Bouchard on the outside of his father's door at the St. Eustache Manor. Andy Bouchard gave orders to his father to keep the door latched and locked at all times and and to not answer the intercom of the building and or have any contact with sister of B.C. who had previously foiled his plans to commit their father! 

When Andy Bouchard was not available, nor his sisters, at a time when Andy Bouchard was jet-setting to a wedding in Holland, he hired a private investigator to spend the night in Lionel Bouchard's room at the St. Eustache Manor to ensure there could be  no contact with sister from B.C.  Andy Bouchard also arranged for Lionel Bouchard to be escorted, at ALL times, to church or coffee, and had his father's landline telephone # unlisted.  Andy Bouchard further instructed residents of the Manor to immediately call "911" if they as much as saw his sister form B.C. - documented by one resident who was rather alarmed at the request. Other tenants called the Manitoba Housing to have the illegal chain and notice of "No Trespass" posted on the outside of Lionel Bouchard's door removed immediately. Many residents of the Manor were upset that Lionel Bouchard had been tossed out of his home and were vehemently opposed with Andy Bouchard's actions and relayed this to this sister of B.C.

Breached bail to come to visit mother at the Stonewall Hospital. No contact instigated by by Crown McDuff in telephone call to ailing Jeannette Van Steelant - in order to keep daughter out of province as explained to Jeannette Van Steelant! Initial bail condition included allowing daughter visits in person. Contested by Andy Bouchard & Lynda Staub to prevent visits occurring in Manitoba as concerned mother would insist father be moved back to his home of 50 years!!!!

According to accused's lawyer, the judge erred in placing a No Contact in person in Manitoba for Jeannette Van Steelant who was not a party, nor in any way involved in her ex' Lionel Bouchard's assault charge which he later admitted did not occur.  However, Andy Bouchard used this revised order to have his sister arrested when she came out after being called by her mother on her death bed.  Having assessed the situation agreed to along with her mother's consent to take her mother for treatment as a last minute attempt to save her life to a facility well known and not unfamiliar to both parties who boasts of a 93% cure rate. 

At the St. Eustache Manor, Lynda Staub charged her sister with assault in order to ensure that there would be no contact with her father, charges of which she was acquitted!

Desperate to keep their sister out of Manitoba, Lynda Staub also charged her with assault
after refusing her sister access to their father at the St. Eustache Manor where "guards" where posted 24/7.  A Headingley RCMP officer also tried to facilitate the meeting with no success either.  The charge was dismissed and sister acquitted.

Charges of attempted kidnap stayed!

Desperate not to be exposed for their alleged criminal activities of which they were concerned their mother would in confidence as in the past expose them for, these siblings were willing to sacrifice their mother's life. They arranged to have their sister arrested at the airport after she tried unsuccessfully to contact her mother as prearranged for a flight to Houston, Texas, booked whereby their mother had provided a written consent to fly for treatment and had provided a $1,000 cheque with which which was cashed in American funds for the flight and expenses in Houston and used in part in Winnipeg to purchase new clothes and coat as Jeannette stated she did not fit in any of her clothes having lost so much weight, purchases later handed over to the RCMP.   However, when these siblings discovered the plan, they immediately had their mother discharged from the Stonewall Hospital and had an arrest warrant out after their sister after she went to visit her mother at home only to discover that she was too heavily medicated and had been warned against going for treatment in the States which could have saved her life.  At that point, fearing the arrival of Lynda Staub which occurred, sister from B.C. left her mother.  There was no "attempted kidnap" as reported in the newspaper intended to slander and discredit their sister.  Jeannette Van Steelant never initiated the "attempted kidnap charge", nor "break and enter" as she herself had opened the front door, and the "disguise" was reading/driving glasses her daughter now wears.  However in order to get past Robert Van Steelant who she met leaving the driveway on his way to vote, this sister decided to wear one of three Hallowe'en wigs she purchased when shopping for a skirt to fit her mother, as her step father he had now been poisoned by Andy Bouchard & Lynda Staub who were now making out their sister to be a criminal in his eyes that was very short lived as Robert Van Steelant was shocked to learn that he had been deceived when a couple days later he received in the mail an envelope with the land transfer document now registered at Lynda Staub's place of employment - the Winnipeg Land Titles whereby he then discovered he had been deceived in that Lynda Staub had fraudulently and illegally added her signature on the transfer paper signed in July, three months prior.

Inmate who made the allegation did not appear at trial. Keep in mind Andy Bouchard's wife Angie works for Agassiz Youth Centre and the two institutions inmates had daily contact. Charges stayed.

Anticipating this icing on the cake after the first charge was dismissed, at the time when victim had been transferred to Portage Women's Jail awaiting trial, Andy & Angie Bouchard allegedly collaborated to have inmates at the Portage Women's Jail responsible for providing meals and contact with staff at the Agassiz Youth Center where Angie Bouchard worked, charge her yet with another false charge - this time of "threatening to kill her brother with a gun on the afternoon when she was to have been granted bail" having already purchased her ticket to go home to B.C.  for Christmas this after having being acquitted on the first charge.  The fabricated and obviously more serious charge was designed to "lock this sister away and throw away the key forever" backfired months later when the charge was stayed after Crown was unable to produce her witness who had been released, unbeknownst to her.

Attempted kidnap charges stayed.

FALSE COMPLAINTS INSTIGATED BY ANDY BOUCHARD TO ENSURE CONTINUATION OF  HIS IMMORAL, ILLEGAL, DESPICABLE PLAN TO EVICT HIS FATHER FROM HIS HOME OF OVER FIFTY YEARS DESPITE A "RIGHT OF OCCUPANCY" HE HELD WITH HIS FATHER AND CONCEALED FROM FAMILY MEMBERS!!!

LIONEL BOUCHARD HELD A LIFE ESTATE WHICH ANDY BOUCHARD DENIED EXISTED TO FAMILY MEMBERS - CONFIRMED AS ONLY BEING "VERBAL" BY LYNDA STAUB WHO WORKS AT WINNIPEG LAND TITLES OFFICE. HAD LYNDA STAUB HAD HER FATHER'S BEST INTERESTS AT HEART, SHE WOULD HAVE ENSURED THAT THIS LEGAL AGREEMENT HAD BEEN REGISTERED ON TITLE - WHICH SHE FAILED TO DO!  

AT THE TIME IT IS UNCLEAR WHETHER LYNDA STAUB WAS STILL FINANCIALLY INDEBTED TO ANDY BOUCHARD FOR $11,000 AS SHE HAD DIVULGED ON HER APPLICATION WHEN THIS SISTER, A SIX LICENCED FINANCIAL PLANNER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR INVESTING HER AND HER HUSBAND AND TWO DAUGHTERS MUTUAL FUND & R.R.S.P. ACCOUNTS FROM B.C.

EVIDENCE SHOWS THAT CLAIRE DEMERY WAS INDEBTED TO HER BROTHER FOR COSIGNING A MORTGAGE FOR HER AFTER HER DIVORCE FROM GORDON DEMERY WHO MOVED TO THE UNITED STATES AFTER A FAILED EQUIPMENT DEALERSHIP.

ALL THESE COMPLAINTS LODGED WERE TO ENSURE FATHER DID NOT HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH SISTER FROM B.C.. ALL THE WHILE HE SHE WAS BEING SLANDERED TO HIM TO DISCOURAGE CONTACT AND FIND OUT THE TRUTH.  IN ORDER TO DO SO, ANDY BOUCHARD ALSO MANIPULATED HIS FATHER, THROUGH THE USE OF MIND-ALTERING DRUGS ADMINISTERED TO IMPEDE RECOLLECTION, IN ORDER TO CHARGE THE ONE DAUGHTER WHO CAME OUT FROM B.C. TO RESCUE HIM FROM BEING COMMITTED WHICH ANDY BOUCHARD HAD PLANNED IN JANUARY 2006 & NOW WAS FOILED DUE TO ANDY BOUCHARD'S OWN ACTIONS OF CALLING HIS SISTER IN B.C. - FIST TIME EVER SINCE SHE LEFT TO LIVE IN B.C. IN 1972 - TO INFORM HER THAT THEIR FATHER WAS IN HIS OPINION 'CORNFLAKES' AND THAT HE HAD TAKEN STEPS TO COMMIT THEIR FATHER AT WHICH TIME SHE IMMEDIATELY BOARDED THE NEXT PLANE FORM VANCOUVER TO ASSESS THE SITUATION FOR HERSELF AND SHE DISCOVERED THAT HER BROTHER HAD ULTERIOR MOTIVES AND CLEARLY STATED TO HER ANGRILY THAT THEIR FATHER WAS 'NOT GOING HOME' WHICH HE REPEATED IN FRONT OF HIS FATHER'S EX-FIANCEE AS A WITNESS.  IT WAS CLEAR TO THIS SISTER WHY HE HAD PLACED THAT TELEPHONE CALL SO SHE WOULD NOT SUSPECT HIS NEXT COURSE OF ACTION WHICH WAS INDEED TO COMMIT THEIR FATHER SO HE COULD GAIN FINANCIALLY FROM THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY UNIMPEDED WITHOUT HAVING TO HONOUR A LIFE ESTATE AGREEMENT..

ANDY BOUCHARD'S PLANS WHERE TO SELL THE 89 ACRE FARM (WHICH HE LISTED IN JANUARY 2006) WITHOUT HAVING TO HONOR THE LIFE ESTATE HE ENTERED WITH HIS FATHER IN 2002, AT A TIME ANDY BOUCHARD FORCED HIS FATHER UNDER DURESS TO AGREE TO SELL HIM THE SECOND HALF OF THE PROPERTY (WITNESSED BY LIONEL BOUCHARD'S FIANCEE WHO OVERHEAD THE HEATED & USUAL BULLYING CONVERSATION COMING FROM ANDY).

ANDY BOUCHARD'S PLAN HAD BEEN TO INITIALLY SUBDIVIDE THE BOUCHARD FARM ACROSS THE RIVER (APPLICATION DENIED) AND THEN TO OUTRIGHT SELL THE BOUCHARD HOMESTEAD IN ORDER TO FINANCE SUBDIVISION OF HIS 250 LAKEFRONT PROPERTY IN KENORA, ONTARIO.

Andy Bouchard "setting up his sister from B.C. in order to isolate her father from her in order that her father had no support in remaining in his own home in Elie ~ as per the legal life estate agreement their father had with Andy Bouchard, his son, entered into in 1992 at the time Andy Bouchard forced his father to sell him the second half of the property! No Life Estate or mortgage were ever registered at Wininpeg Land Titles where Lynda Staub works, paving the way for Andy Bouchard to evict his father from his home.
