Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub, Claire Demery and Helene Johnson have never forgiven
their father for his past actions.  Clearly they are taking advantage of their elderly father's  age to force him off his property with threats which have him paralyzed and unable to stand up to these four abusive children.  Their actions are led by Andy Bouchard's greed and bullying tactics designed to strip their father of his dignity, freedom, independence.

Lionel Bouchard was warned years in advance that if Lionel Bouchard chose not to stand on the truth, and perjured himself as in 2006 by way of more false affidavits and RCMP reports against the one daughter who came to his rescue and was successful in ensuring that in 2006 her father was not committed as was Andy Bouchard's plans.

In putting the truth out there, this "disarms" his predatory children who are threatening to use this and other information against their now 89 year-old father!
