PARTIAL REBUTTAL TO PROTECTION ORDER LIONEL BOUCHARD PLACED AGAINST DAUGHTER FROM B.C. UPON HIS RETURN TO MANITOBA AFTER BEING COERCED INTO REMOVING THREE PROTECTION ORDERS GRANTED TWICE AGAINST ANDY BOUCHARD, LYNDA STAUB AND CLAIRE DEMERY
In a "typed" statement in his affidavit, which Lionel Bouchard was forced to sign, he stated he was basically kept a prisoner at his daughter's house in B.C. These pictures are evidence that Lionel Bouchard did more traveling while living in B.C. than the rest of his life!
Alaskan Cruise - June 15, 2002 - June 22, 2002 (Click here.)
Boarding the cruise ship to Alaska organized and paid in majority for her father to go on a Christian cruise.
After his return to Winnipeg in August 2011, immediately after removing the three protection orders twice ordered against his three children who evicted him from his home of over fifty years, in his affidavit, Lionel Bouchard falsely claims that he was in "essence" a prisoner in his daughter's home in B.C.
In fact, in 2008, Lionel Bouchard was sent on all-expense paid holidays, twice to Yuma, Toronto,California, and Winnipeg on a couple of occasions etc.
His daughter also arranged for her father to fly from Winnipeg to his sister's JeanneGuennette funeral in Edmonton, after sister Peggy Keough chose to celebrateher daughter's birthday with Jules and Margaret Bouchard asopposed to attend her sister's funeral in May 2008.
In addition, Lionel Bouchard always had a key tied on a string around his neck for the 2007 Dodge Caravan, parked on the street - purchased for her father's used, locked up in Mike Slegers shed until private investigators called in RCMP to release vehicle.. In August 2008, Lionel Bouchard himself drove the van into Mike Sleger'sshed in St. Francois, only to have Mike Slegers barricade it with a fifth wheel and a boatto prevent the van's removal. Two privateinvestigators, hired by Lionel's lawyer and at a great cost, required theassistance ofthe RCMP to retrieve thevehicle while Lionel was escortedto Regina to catch a direct airplane to B.C. to his daughter's home.
When Lionel Bouchard's sister passed away in Edmonton, Alberta, after learning his sister Peggy Keough was choosing to celebrate her daughter'sbirthday in Winnipeg, along with her brother Jules and his wife Margaret Bouchard from Keewatin, Ontario, as opposed to attending her sister's funeral, daughter from B.C. aware that otherbrother who is ill in New Westminster was unable to attend, arranged and paid for flight for her father Lionel Bouchard to attend the funeral andflew to meet her father at the funeral to ensure his safety and in order that there be representation from the Bouchard family.
