Claire Demery's power of attorney was revoked upon learning that she was party to having him evicted out of his house, destroying his property and working in unison with Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub to ensure her father never returned to his home of over fifty years - which life estate Andy Bouchard was illegally refusing to honour. Until forced to do so in court in mid-2008 after his father hired a lawyer paid for by his sister from B.C., Andy Bouchard denied to his siblings the existence of the "right of occupancy" legal agreement he held with his father, which he himself produced the document - having destroying his father's copy while in the hospital in January 2006 recovering from a concussion after a slip and fall on ice after attending a friend's funeral in St. Eustache, Manitoba! |
