    DENIED FAMILIAR MEDICAL TREATMENT



     In August 2011, Lionel Bouchard after returning to Winnipeg, was
          forbidden to return to Court of St. James to Sound Hearing
           Solution - Dubois. 

   To further isolate Lionel Bouchard, he was taken by Lynda Staub to a
        new hearing centre - Kemp Hearing Centre on 269 Edmonton
       Street to a centre Lionel had no past relationship with.

   Lionel Bouchard was without hearing aids from August 2011
         - January 2012, the period he was in court made to abandon
       his civil claims against Andy Bouchard.

   Lionel Bouchard's van remains confiscated and held for a $5,000
         ransom by Mike Slegers of St. Francois.  Therefore Lionel
       Bouchard has no vehicle to drive himself and at mercy of Lynda
       Staub, AndyBouchard and Claire Demery to get around.

     Peggy Keough, his sister of Winnipeg who, along with  Margaret
       Bouchard of Keewatin, were instrumental in having the second set of    protection orders removed off the above-named three children
         granted on ex-parte basis against these abusive children.
