    In B.C., conspiracy with siblings to recruit
    sister's own daughter to copy records &
    personal information from mother's office.

   Daughter had been hired to file and do casual
   administrative work.


      Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Bernie Légaré used
    sister's own daughter in B.C., who had been working
    for her mother, to photocopy personal documents and
    tax returns, as well as other confidential records from
    her mother's in-home office - unrelated confidential
    material which surfaced for court in Winnipeg returned
