                          93% cure rate.
                      c) Lynda Staub, employee of Winnipeg Land Titles, by virtue of her 
                           employment, fraudulently typed her name on the transfer
                           document, (property gifted to Jeannette as a wedding gift in 2000) by
                           her husband. Robert was forced to incur $25,000 in legal fees in order
                           to "buy Lynda Staub out" to sever Lynda Staub from title.
