Sister Peggy Keough and sister-in-law Margaret Bouchard accompanied Lionel Bouchard to court in order to "remove three protection orders" against Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery issued "twice" on ex-parte basis!!!            

Judge Lischenski in February 2011, when granting the second set of Protection Orders, noted at the hearing to expect further problems to have the orders "set aside" by these three parties as he saw them as  relentless in their pursuit against their father ,  having stripped him of his rights and  recommended  Lionel Bouchard report their actions to the police!  

Immediately in September 2011, after the removal of these three protection orders, Lionel Bouchard was then coerced and through false allegations, perjured himself in obtaining ex-parte protection orders against his daughter of B.C. and friend who had assisted him for the past six years!

Refer to Lionel's sworn affidavits whereby Lionel informed the courts of the assistance of these two parties over the years to reclaim his rights and the violation of his rights by his children in Manitoba.

These two parties were instrumental in assisting Lionel's lawyer's rescue when all feared for Lionel's safety in Manitoba in August 2008.  

This move once again, in breeching the existing protection orders, was orchestrated by Andy Bouchard to ensure removal of the two caveats registered in 2008 by Hook & Smith to pave the way for Andy Bouchard to sell the Bouchard homestead without having to honour the life estate.

All appearances are that Andy Bouchard breached the Protection Order as further evidenced by correspondence from Andy's lawyer to his father's lawyer Winston Smith in September 2011!
