Andy Bouchard with fraudulently obtained power of attorney at the Grace Hospital. Andy pictured just having tricked his father into signing a power of attorney which Andy had placed beneath the stacked insurance renewal papers....

                 DESTRUCTION OF FATHER'S POSSESSIONS

Despite informing his Lynda Staub that he did not want anyone in his home while he was in the hospital, Lionel Bouchard's children Lynda Staub, Andy &  Angie Bouchard, Claire Demery maliciously destroyed their father's
 possessions on January 1,  2006 while he was in the hospital recovering from a concussion from a slip and fall on ice  while attending a friend's funeral!

Note Lynda Staub's comment - he really doesn't want us to clean his house - so I will talk to him and "convince him" that  we need to...again overriding her father's wishes and in preparation for Andy Bouchard to put the premises up "for sale" which Andy did list!

 Admittedly removed a full half ton of garbage" ("their"interpretation of his father's personal effects mementos, souvenirs, past memories)  ~27 years worth of "old stuff" according to their email - destroyed by Andy Bouchard, including all records, deed documents, as well as years of records of personal paperwork!

Lionel Bouchard's actions are symptomatic of an infection which had spread after multiple stitches to the back of the head suffered when he slipped on ice at a funeral.
