Lionel Bouchard sold second half of his acreage to Andy Bouchard on September 23, 2002, after a heated exchange overhead by Susie Waldner at Lionel's!

At this time, Andy Bouchard confirmed to his father that he could remain the rest of his days living in his humble rancher on the Centennial Bouchard  Farm in Elie, which Lionel had built for his retirement.

Lionel Bouchard complained with respect to how the price was arrived at. Comparable acreage in the area was going for $1,200 an acre. Where is the independent appraisal as to cultivated as opposed to "bush", home and buildings on property, etc.? Lionel Bouchard was rushed in and out of Andy Bouchard's lawyer's office and told to "trust me" quote/unquote Andy Bouchard!
