Lawyer's complaint below against Lynda Staub, employee of Winnipeg Land Titles for the past twenty years, for her unprofessional and morally reprehensible conduct which could have cost her father his "Life Estate" and "Unpaid vendor" claims!

This threat from Lynda Staub occurred after being notified by her bother Andy Bouchard that their father had registered two caveats for "Life Estate" and as "Unpaid Vendor" both agreements entered into with Andy Bouchard when Andy pressured his father to sell the second half of the Bouchard Centennial Farm in September 2002.

                                   Unpaid Vendor Caveat for Unpaid Mortgage

In 2002, Lynda Staub fully knowing about her father and brother's agreements, deliberately omitted to protect her father's legal rights in ensuring both Agreements were registered on title. 

It is alleged that Lynda Staub may have, once again, withheld registration at Winnipeg Land Titles where she works, as she bragged to both her mother and step-father that she did as a matter of fact to suit her own hidden agenda.
