ANOTHER ATTACK FROM ABUSERS FROM WINNIPEG

On November 8th & 9th, 2012, two B.C. RCMP officers parked their cruiser in front of a neighbor's house -
concealed behind some bushes.  On the first occasion, one officer banged on the door repeatedly, then after ​trying to force the door open , stated:
                                               "Marlene, We JUST want to TALK to you.!"
In calling into the detachment as to the reason for their call, no information would be given over the telephone.
On Friday, November 23, 2012, 8:30 a.m., an RCMP Constable left a message in the mailbox as follows:
                                             Richmond Detachment #3, British Columbia

A call had already been placed to her lawyer to protect herself, as this sister of B.C. had been previously
"falsely accused of numerous false fabricated charges".

This harassment was a result of preventing her brother Andy Bouchard from committing their father.
January 26, 2013, Andy Bouchard had evicted their then 82-year-old healthy father from his humble rancher he had lived in Elie for over 50 years ~ all in the name of greed as this brother was refusing to honour the life estate agreement entered into in 2002 with his father - Lionel Bouchard of Elie, Manitoba.

While in the hospital, Andy Bouchard listed the 89-acre Centennial Bouchard farm, unencumbered as this caveat never been registered on title nor the mortgage his father held for Andy Bouchard, interest free!

Daughter Lynda Staub was very well aware of this omission, as she works at Winnipeg Land Titles office, whereby she maliciously and negligently did not seek to ensure her father's rights were not violated.
At this time, their mother, Jeannette (Bouchard) Van Steelant was being denied cancer treatment by these same abusers at the world-acclaimed cancer clinic in Burzynski Clinic in Houston, Texas, where past treatment in 2005 had astonished her oncologists in Winnipeg when escorted by this same daughter.
In October 2006, in order to prevent his mother Jeannette Van Steelant from returning to the Houston, Texas Burzynski Clinic which boasts of a 93% cure rate, Andy Bouchard has his sister arrested on false "attempted kidnap" charges which were stayed four months later, after he forced his sister to remain in custody while awaiting trial, deeming her a "flight risk"!
Prior to that, Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub had convinced Crown Colleen McDuff to call Jeannette Van Steelant, under heavy morphine, to deceive her her into signing a "No Contact" order for what was described to her for a three-month period in order to keep this daughter "out of Manitoba" (so she could not assist her father in his rights to remain in his home).

                                    discovered his mother's plan to return for cancer treatment in
                                    the States!
         (Click here.)  Jeannette Van Steelant died after being denied cancer treatment in the   
                                   States to save her life before one of the treatments provided to her there in
                                  2005 was  approved in Manitoba was made available ~ only three weeks prior
                                   to her death.
                                   By then Lynda Staub and Helene Johnson had taken their mother to Baja,
                                   Mexico to have her undergo an unnecessary experimental operation from
                                  which she never recovered.  At a cost of $41,000, both daughters enjoyed a
                                  holiday at a "spa" at their mother's expense only to be operated on needlessly
                                  and sent home with wheat grass to die!
In 2005, Jeannette Van Steelant had been discouraged from continuing treatment and had been sworn to secrecy not to divulge this daughter of B.C. that she was no longer taking the prescribed treatment, which medication Avastin - administered at the Burzynski Clinic - was not yet approved in Manitoba - that is until three weeks prior to Jeannette Van Steelant's needless death in January 2007!

It was apparent that these children were more interested in their mother's demise. in that Lynda Staub had dragged her mother to Lynda's lawyer's office to revise her Will to exclude three of her children (those of Lynda Staub's choosing), amending her mother's "Will" appointing Jeannette Van Steelant's new husband as executor, this without his knowledge. 

In July 2006, Lynda Staub withheld registering her mother's property at Winnipeg Land Titles
where Lynda Staub has worked over twenty years.  In 2000, this property had been bequeathed by her husband as a wedding present to Jeannette Van Steelant.  In the new"Will", this property was listed as
an asset, which Lynda Staub then transferred the acreage to Robert Van Steelant, Lynda Staub's stepfather.

Lynda Staub  drafted the transfer at her mother and step-father's house near Rosser, Manitoba, signed in July 2006, purportedly witnessed by sister Claire Demery's daughter, who according to Robert Van Steelant was absent at the time the papers were drawn!

This transfer signed in July 2006 was deliberately withheld from registration at Winnipeg Land Titles, until October 24, 2006, which coincided with the day Andy Bouchard dragged his ailing mother, who Andy Bouchard had maliciously and deviously discharged from the hospital to prevent her from boarding a plane scheduled to take her to Houston, Texas, to save her life.

                                       to the fraudulent document registered by Lynda Staub.

                                            believing that living out of the Canadian jurisdiction, held her
                                            mother's jewelry for "safe-keeping" jewelry Lynda Staub had
                                            illegally stolen from the estate the night of her mother's funera1
                                            when Lynda Staub (not the executrix) dispersed her mother's
                                            jewelfy in the secrecy of her bedroom to Claire Demery and
                                            Helene Johnson, sisters of her choosing as Lynda Staub had
                                            taken her mother, heavily sedated under morphine, to amend her
                                            will at Lynda Staub's lawyer's office - Chapman, to exclude three
                                            of her sisters!      

In October 2006, while Jeannette Van Steelant, she was heavily-medicated on
morphine, Andy Bouchard drove his mother to the Stonewall RCMP detachment to charge
his sister of B.C. with "attempted kidnap" to save his mother's life - this while his
mother was not lucid, heavily medicated on morphine as evidenced in the video
statement, Jeannette Van Steelant unaware of what she was saying, at times
testimony corrected by Andy Bouchard himself!

Sister of B.C. had flown out to visit her mother after her mother from her hospital bed, put through a call by Andy Bouchard on his cellular, insisting on talking to this daughter.  The next day, at the hospital, Jeannette Van Steelant asked to return to the Burzynski Cancer Clinic in Houston, Texas, which boasts of a 93% cure rate, where Jeannette Van Steelant, accompanied by her daughter of B.C. ,  had received treatment in 2005, this after doctors in Winnipeg had given her no hope to live....
