Lionel Bouchard subdivided lots prior to 1990 at the time Andy Bouchard purchased the first half of his father's farm.
Yet Andy Bouchard, in 2008, forced Lionel Bouchard to sign a document on his birthday, "or we will have nothing to do with you" quote, unquote Lynda Staub. Document drawn by Andy Bouchard totally unrelated to the mortgage outstandingbetween Lionel Bouchard and Andy Bouchard entered into on September 22, 2003 and still outstanding to this day!
The document is totally false whereby Andy Bouchard's accounting states that proceeds of $25,000 went directly to Andy Bouchard as these sales were prior to Andypurchasing first half the farm on January 1, 1990!
How where Andy Bouchard tax records are filed?
This accounting makes absolutely no sense according to Lionel Bouchard who wasforced to sign this document on his birthday January 22, 2008.
Nowhere does Andy Bouchard acknowledge his "life estate agreement" entered into on September 22, 2003, nor the second agreement in January 2006 whereby Andy Bouchard agrees to compensate Lionel Bouchard full rent if moved! (Click here.) The summary below, along with being asked to turn over his Will at the meeting with Michelle Dunbar, prompted LionelBouchard to seek his sister Madeleine Fillon's advice, and to revise his Will and Power of Attorney and take the next plane to B.C. to obtain the full support of his daughter. It is at this time that Lionel Bouchard's "eyes where opened" as towhat these children were all about and how they were seeking his demise threatening "if he did not sign the documents prsented to him that they would having nothing further to do with him"!
Associated costs for subdivision. Total cost to subdivide included building roads, survey fees, servicing lots with hydro, etc., taking up half the proceeds of the sale. After purchasing the first half of the property, Andy Bouchard appliedfor and was denied approval of subdivision of property on the other side of theriver.

Lionel Bouchard had agreement with "corner lot owner" which allowed the new owner to use the existingroad to access his property.
Out of sheer malice, Andy Bouchard then refused to allowaccesss as per his father's verbal agreement. forcing new lot ownerto incur substantial costs to build a road at the time hebuilt his home in 2011- contrary to Lionel's arrangement at time of sale!
With respect to new owner of original Bouchard 100 year-old renovated house, the house sold by misrepresenting the fact that the basement flooded every year.
Andy Bouchard then demanded that a water line be installed - which due to its prohibitive cost the homestead owners refused.
