Throughout this website there is proof that on numerous occasions the abusers perjured themselves, laying false charges against a sibling called on by their father to assist him in enforcing the "life estate" father Lionel Bouchard had entered with his son Andy Bouchard.
This legal agreement, was entered into on September 2002 by Lionel Bouchard of Elie, Manitoba, (whose home it was for over fifty years) and son Andy Bouchard of Portage La Prairie.
Andy Bouchard under duress forced his father to sell him the second half (89 acres) of the Bouchard Centennial Homestead witnessed by Susie Waldner.
Since September 2011 when Lionel Bouchard returned to Manitoba from three years in B.C., Susie Waldner has recanted her statements based on threats, financial, by abusers against her.
Andy Bouchard's coercion was witnessed by Susie Waldner, his fiancée at the time, that is until Lionel Bouchard' engagement was broken off without warning after Andy Bouchard, Claire Demery, with the aid of Lionel's sister Peggy (Bouchard) Keough (confirmed by Madeleine Fillion another sister) commenced a campaign to discredit his future wife, a former member of Rosedale Hutterite Colony.

Andy Bouchard's was motivated in that Lionel's fiancée Susan Waldner would never have allowed Lionel Bouchard to be removed from his property, nor would she be intimidated or "bullied" by Andy Bouchard.

As a result Susie Waldner posed a "threat" to Andy Bouchard's sinister plan to evict his very own elderly father, done out of sheer malice and greed. Andy Bouchard's intentions were to sell the farm without honoring the life estate agreement he denied existed!
Andy Bouchard denied this agreement's existence to his siblings, that is until
he himself provided a copy of the Agreement to the court in June 2008 after Lionel Bouchard was forced to retain a lawyer, paid for by his daughter of B.C., to enforce his claim against his son!

Andy Bouchard willfully and maliciously reneged on the Agreement signed January 2006 by Andy, his wife Angie Bouchard, Lynda (Bouchard) Staub, Claire (Bouchard) Demery at the time they, illegally, and without conscience moved their father, against his will, to the St. Eustache Manor, 6 miles north of Elie, Manitoba, for what claimed was to be a "temporary" move while Andy Bouchard did minor "renovations" to the house.

To add insult to injury, Andy Bouchard paraded a series of tenants and collected the rent in the Bouchard Centennial Homestead to block his father's return to his home ~ all the while maliciously forcing his father to pay rent on his meager Canada Pension!
