Numerous reports made by Lynda Staub to RCMP in B.C. stating being Lionel Bouchard was being held against his will, drugged, not fed and tied to a bed, making phone calls against his will, whereby RCMP wasted their resources on a number of incidents coming to the house to investigate, in 2008 to 2011.
