AGREEMENT NOT TO MOVE THEIR FATHER

Multiple "agreements" stating family would NOT move their father ~ not honoured!

Lionel Bouchard was moved ~ despite their agreements not to move their father! 

Nor did Andy Bouchard pay the full rent (half) after Andy & Angie Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery evicted their father, on February 14, 2006.

Andy refused to allow his father to move back in June 2006 ~ as per this Agreement.

Lynda Staub did not honor her word either!

Siblings immediately began a "smear" "harassment" campaign against sister who was on to their despicable plans to never allow their father to return home.

Andy Bouchard convinced his siblings to interfere with her very lucrative career causing her to eventually loose her licences she worked decades to attain in her career based on their lies and charges they fabricated and convinced the RCMP were true as well as deceiving the Crown who they had eating out of the palm of their hands based on their lies and fabricated "evidence" which fell apart when it came time for court!  But not until they had their innocent sister held in Winnipeg Remand on trumped up charges claiming she was a flight risk and denied bail until acquitted four months later on all the endless numerous false charges laid against her.

These deviants managed for a short period of time, to convince all within earshot that they were the ones who were looking after their parents best interests, until the truth of how despicable they were because of the litany of crimes they were concealing and were afraid of themselves going to jail for their illicit actions which had already taken place over the years up to an including an "alleged" murder or more....

Andy Bouchard had deliberately blocked his father's return by placing different tenants in his father's house all the while collecting rent from them as well....

Lionel Bouchard was forced to pay rent out of his meagre pension to the  St. Eustache Manor - 6 miles further north of the town of Elie when he should have been enjoying his retirement as he had no mortgage or overhead to speak of in his humble little two bedroom rancher he had built for his retirement.

Lionel Bouchard then moved for one year into a small apartment in Elie, next to the noisy Brick Store, where parking was at a premium, that is until Lionel's departure to B.C. to live with his daughter after pressure was put on Lionel to sign documents by Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub, and to give up his will to them which he refused!                              (Click here.)
