AGREEMENT "NOT"
TO EVICT FATHER
Agreement was not "bona fide". Rather it originated from Andy Bouchard "while breeching" the two "No Contacts" in favour of his father Lionel
Bouchard and sister from B.C., in force the previous day. Andy Bouchard was charged on "two counts of theft" at the Headingley RCMP Detachment.
Andy Bouchard provided this document for his father, sister and other sisters to sign having already pre-signed the document, in essence breaching the "no contacts". Andy prepared this agreement for the sole purpose of having the charges of theft removed and with no intention of allowing his father to remain in his home, which was evident in his sisters' conduct immediately after signing whereby they refused to allow their sister from B.C. to continue home-care for a day or two pending homecare being reassigned from St. Eustache to Elie.
