On the day discharged out of the hospital in 2006, Helene (Bouchard) Johnson told her father "sooner or later you will have to move out!"

In many of her livid screaming fits with her father claimed that he:
  • Doesn't have a driver's licence.
  • Doesn't have insurance.
  • Doesn't have a mail box anymore.
  • Doesn't have a home.
  • Doesn't have anything left in life.
  • Doesn't have a relationship with rest of his children if he is in contact with Marlene.
  • Stay in B.C.!
  • Claimed her father is the one who was destroying the "family" not them!!!
  • Mocked her father stating that he would never go back to live in his home in Elie!
  • RCMP "want to talk to you" which when called, found out was untrue like all other statements made.
  • Told her father "Fuck your lawyer!"  Who is paying for him anyways?
  • "Sick and tired" of all of this she told her father while in B.C.
  • Said the family would have nothing to do with him if her father continued to have any contact with daughter in B.C.
  • "Warned you not to talk to Marlene!"
  • Deliberately did not invite her father to her one of her daughter's wedding.
  • Had charge of her mother's jewelry as she lived in the States out of  jurisdiction.
  • Harrassed her step-father Robert Van Steelant in a letter to force him to settle estate.
  • Email form Hilda (Legault) Martens more false accusations stating that a van was stalking her and her husband in Ninette, MB. used in Protection Order against sister of B.C.

  • RCMP tried three times to call you (confirmed by a call to RCMP who denied calling).
  • You are no longer a Manitoba resident
  • You have not Post Office Box
  • You have no insurance on your motorhome
  • RCMP waiting to confiscate your motorhome
  • RCMP have charges pending against Marlene
  • What will you do when she goes to jail?
  • Lie - Your lawyer told us you never went to the States.
  • You do all your banking online.  We sent you a father's day card online.
  • You have nothing left now.
  • We warned you not to have anything to do with her!
  • Quit lieing to us!
Not exactly the actions of a loving, caring daughter is this???? What is the motive?????
Indebtedness to her brother Andy Bouchard (similar to Claire Demery & Lynda Staub)?
Blackmailed?  Plus extreme hatred of their own father as proven over the years!!!
