Immediately after arriving to Manitoba in August 2011, Lionel Bouchard was put in seclusion in Keewatin, in close proximity to Andy Bouchard's lakefront property at Louise Lake where breaches allegedly occurred between Andy Bouchard and Lionel Bouchard.

Jules & Margaret Bouchard, Keewatin, Ontario where Lionel Bouchard spent time in August 2011 having been sent there by Peggy Keough of St. James who proceeded with Margaret to have the three protection orders (second set) removed and a sheriff in attendance in the event daughter from B.C. showed up - with more false allegations to charge her with after having Lionel Bouchard perjure himself in court under threat of Child Abuse by Lynda Staub, his daughter of Winnipeg Land Titles Office who tried to steal her father's property from him in August 2008 and was reported to Winnipeg Land Titles and the Law Society of Manitoba by Lionel Bouchard's lawyer of Smith & Hook law firm!
