Andy Bouchard - Conspiring to Set his sister up using the unsuspecting RCMP!
In February, after learning from Sgt. Gibbs that his sister was back in Manitoba, Andy Bouchard tried to lure his sister to visit her father by leaving her a message on her cellular stating that her father was "home alone" and did not want any visitors - hoping she would take the "bait" and visit her father in Elie ~ possibly never to be seen again!
Another instance documented with the RCMP in Headingley occurred when Andy's older sister from B.C. was in Manitoba, whereby Andy Bouchard sought tolure his sister, a certified financial planner, to St. Vital on the pretense of a job interview, by someone who impersonated himself as a lawyer. Returning the call, the President of Milner Refrigeration upon learning about this deception fired Andy's friend "Curtis" on the spot and informed sister from B.C. that Andy Bouchard was indeed on the premises at the time of the call. The incident was reported to the RCMP.
That same evening, Andy Bouchard "circled and stalked his sister for hours" at the Chicken Chef where she was having supper with her Uncle Laurent Houde, of Elie, MB., who was furious over Andy's stalking! Andy Bouchard then claimed to the RCMP that his sister had "mental issues" - Andy's comeback for stalking her as she had exposed her brother for attempting to commit their father in January 2006!
Laurent Houde's written report of the incident was given t o the RCMP. His sister, who at that point had been made aware of Andy Bouchard's volatile temper through community members, feared for her life, requested and was denied an escort from the RCMP of the Headingley Detachment back to Winnipeg as she was in a small rental car and Andy Bouchard was in a much larger white pickup truck. Her fear was that of being run off the road by Andy himself, to be made to look like an accident, or worse to made to disappear. It is common knowledge that as a farm equipment salesman, Andy Bouchard has the means and equipment to make that happen for anyone who stands in his way as he is well known and feared for bullying others all his life!
It is interesting to note also that his former boss, a former NHL Hockey player who played with the Brandon Wheat Kings, Vancouver Canucks, L.A. Kings, etc., "allegedly committed suicide".
Several years later, the dealership, now under new ownership, fired Andy Bouchard - this by Andy's own admission, for allegedly having stolen farm equipment parts, some of which his own father admitted seeing in the shed on the Bouchard homestead....possibly motive for Andy Bouchard adamantly and vehemently stopping at nothing to rid his father off the farm property - to the point of even having his father committed if he could have gotten away with it had his sister not foiled his plans......
In February 2006, in St. Eustache, when a "No Contact" was in place, Andy Bouchard was parked in a black "unmarked" older van outside the St. Eustache Manor, a low rental housing, where he had illegally and against his will moved his father then 82 year old Lionel Bouchard.Andy Bouchard proceeded to follow his sister in her rental car down a dark road, whereby fearing for her safety, she waited until the RCMP showed up (called by Andy Bouchard). The RCMP then asked her if she wanted to see her father and made an unsuccessful attempt to have her visit her father several yards away as Andy Bouchard had instructed hissiblings and the manor residence to call 911 if they saw his sister from B.C. - after flashing her picture to residents. In August 2008, the RCMP were called to assist two private investigators hired by Lionel Bouchard's lawyer to retrieve the Dodge van provided to Lionel Bouchard by his daughter of B.C.,
The said van had been locked in a shed on Mike Sleger's property, barricaded by a fifth wheel and boat in front of the door,
Later that night, and for most of the night, Andy Bouchard and Mike Slegers were observed by Susie Waldner and John Lafreniere, hiding behind a building across the street from their home, most likely in anticipating of the return of the overloaded van which Mike Slegers and Andy Bouchard had filled from front to back, top to bottom of Lionel Bouchard's possessions.
One can leave it to the imagination what would have happened to the driver and any passenger had they shown up as Mike Slegers already had been served with an order against him for stalking his wife with a shotgun in Winnipeg.
The community is very well aware of Andy Bouchard's viscous temper which the investigators experienced first-hand!
For these reasons, it is alleged that Andy Bouchard, by virtue of his rage and explosive temper, evidenced by Ken Beaudin when he had to request assistance from the RCMP to retrieve Lionel Bouchard's motor home in the Bouchard yard in Elie, as well as Joe Hofer, and many others, that Andy Bouchard actions in these instances prove that he is very capable of harming anyone who gets in his way!
This brings the website back to the story of Andy Bouchard's employer, Richard Blight, who "allegedly committed suicide", on what many now believe may have been on the eve of Andy's "firing",
Lionel Bouchard, "covered" for his wayward sonas he was very much aware of the stolen farm equipment parts stored in Andy Bouchard's shed on the Bouchard Farm in Eliewhere Lionel Bouchard lived.
Others have since come forward stating they also have seen parts alleged they believe STOLEN possibly from Blight's equipment in Andy Bouchard's possession!!!
Lionel Bouchard told his first cousin that he was aware that Andy Bouchard was a cocaine user.
For this knowledge and numerous others reasons, Andy Bouchard has been able to bully his father over the years!!!
Rumors have it that Rick Blight, Andy Bouchard's late employer, did not commit suicide!!!
It is interesting to note that Andy Bouchard was not welcome when Mazer Group took over Blight's Dealership. However, Mazer's hands were tied in that the agreement stipulated they had to take all the salespeople, whether they wanted to or not, so regrettably Andy Bouchard went to work for the dealership much to their regret!
Shortly thereafter, Andy Bouchard and three other related salesmen, two of who worked for Ed Chabot of the now bankrupt Chabot Motors in Elie, the other from the other Chabot Dealership in Elie belonging to the deceased Maurice Chabot.
All three were eventually fired by Mazer!
Andy Bouchard and Andy Chabot (brothers-in-law) sued Mazer Group for alleged wrongful dismissal.
Gary Dunbar, the third party, did not join the law suit. Gary Dunbar passed away from cancer shortly thereafter.
Gordon Demery, previously of Elie, Arborg, Teulon, Fisher Branch, lost his dealership after it was discovered that he was putting through false warranty work. Gordon Demery also worked at the now defunct Chabot Dealership in Elie, along with his brother-in-law Andy Bouchard. Gordon Demery is now divorced from Claire (Bouchard ) Demery and lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The website has turned over to its legal team, taped conversations of individuals who saw stolen property in Andy Bouchard's possession - the reason for Andy Bouchard's being fired at the Portage Farm Implement formerly Blight Dealership!
