Lionel & Andy Bouchard - having moved Lionel on February 14, 2006 against his will to the St. Eustache Manor despite his having a life estate agreement with Andy Bouchard!
Lionel Bouchard moved by son Andy & Angie Bouchard, Lynda Staub, Claire Demery on February 14, 2006, against his will, despite a Life Estate Agreement Lionel held since September 2002 to live on his homestead of over 50 (fifty) years on the Bouchard homestead in Elie!
Lionel Bouchard "under duress" was forced to sign a rental agreement by Andy Bouchard & Lynda Staub as condition to being released from hospital.
Discovering the truth that home care went to Elie as previously told was not the
case, Lionel Bouchard cancelled his room in St. Eustache the day of
his discharge from the hospital.

Andy Bouchard had stripped his father of his credit card, house keys and had
changed the lock on the farm house as well as locked Lionel's bedroom to
ensure his father did not return home.
Lionel's daughter had flown out from B.C. on January 26, 2006, hours after Andy
had informed her that he was upset with her for informing her father of his right to
remain in his home as per his wishes. She felt her father was in imminent danger
from her brother!
Lynda Staub's email that morning stating to siblings that "there was a
problem in that their father did not want to go to the St. Eustache Manor
but wanted to go home" which wish Lionel Bouchard expressed in a telephone
call to Lynda Staub at Winnipeg Land Titles at 9:00 a.m. that Thursday
morning from the Grace Hospital!
Fearing that his sister would assist her father in getting legal representation for his
home, Andy Bouchard convinced his heavily medicated father, based on false
allegations, to obtain "No Trespass Orders".

their life estate and other agreements!

Andy Bouchard immediately began his discrediting campaign to the community and
the RCMP (18 unfounded investigations in six weeks!) against his sister of B.C. as
she was the only one aware of his intentions as a result of Andy Bouchard's own
telephone call to her in B.C., informing her of Andy's intentions to commit
their father (Andy's solution to ridding himself of his father to pave the way to
sell the 89 acres in Elie without having to honor the life estate agreement with his
father)!
On January 29, 2006, two "No Contact" Orders had been placed by Headingley
RCMP against Andy Bouchard, when after another one of his famous rages, Andy
Bouchard was charged with stealing (two counts of theft) his father and
sister's cellular telephones at Lionel Bouchard's home in Elie, this after Andy
Bouchard's plans were exposed to have the family ambush Lionel Bouchard at the
Holiday Inn in Winnipeg to force Lionel Bouchard out of his home.
The next day, Andy Bouchard breached the two "No Contact" orders by
recruiting his sisters Lynda Staub and Claire Demery to produce a pre-signed
agreement for Lionel Bouchard and his sister of B.C. agreeing never to move their
father.
Andy Bouchard never had any intentions of honoring this agreement, as in the past,
this agreement designed for the sole purpose of having the theft charges dropped.
Andy Bouchard's passport had been confiscated and Andy Bouchard was concerned
about having to cancel an upcoming trip to Holland in March 2006.
Immediately after signing this agreement not to move their father from his
home (as per the agreement signed in September 2002 which Andy
Bouchard had concealed from all of his siblings, having destroyed all his
father's records while his father was recovering in the hospital in
January 2006) which new agreement gave permission for their sister from B.C. to
visit her father in his home, Lynda (Bouchard) Staub ordered her sister to leave and
discontinue home care which her sister had committed to for a day or two until
home support was reassigned from the St. Eustache Manor to their father's home
in Elie.
Andy Bouchard had concealed the existence of a Life Estate Agreement to
the RCMP! Rather Andy Bouchard faxed them a copy of the property title,
fully knowing that neither the mortgage his father held, and the Life
Estate Agreement entered into in September 2002 had ever been
registered!
Based on this deceit, the RCMP called Lionel Bouchard's daughter of B.C, ignoring
the confirmation previously given by the detachment with respect to her father's
rights to have her in the home, now ordering her to leave her father's residence!
The concern was raised as a result of actions witnessed at the hospital, by both
Lionel Bouchard and his daughter had expressed concerns at the Headingley
Detachment whereby they both feared Andy Bouchard would stop at nothing
to forcefully remove their father from his home.
Based on Andy Bouchard's deceit to the RCMP, the RCMP were left with no option
but to order this concerned daughter of B.C. to leave on Andy Bouchard's orders,
forging the path for their frail father to be abused at Andy Bouchard and his sister's
hands!
Andy Bouchard had already proven to several other of his sisters of Winnipeg and
Calgary that he would stop at nothing to ensure he would at any cost evict his father,
regardless of the damage he would cause to his siblings and the family in the
process!
Breaching the two "No Contact" orders, Andy Bouchard the following morning at
8:30 a.m. drove his father who he was prohibited from contacting to the RCMP
Detachment in Headingley to remove the No Contact and drop the theft charges!!!!
Then weeks later, to ensure no interference in his despicable plans to his evicting his
father, Andy Bouchard once again drove his father to perjure himself and to falsely
charge his daughter of B.C. with false accusation of "assault". Months later, Lionel
Bouchard, under oath at trial, admitted no assault had ever occurred!
This false charge caused this innocent daughter to having to wait in Winnipeg
Remand for nearly four months as a result of this first charge, which Andy Bouchard
compounded into several more false charges, whereby now she was deemed her a
"flight risk", falsely accused of being of "no fixed address", a threat, etc., forced to
undergo an unnecessary cruel psychiatric evaluation (which favorably confirmed her
valid concerns over her parent's care by her siblings) in order to obtain bail for yet
another false accusation initiated once again by Andy Bouchard whereby the charge
was eventually stayed.

In early 2006, Andy & Lynda were intercepting their father's mail - refer to
FedEx envelope addressed to their father sent by sister from B.C. located in Andy's
briefcase after Lionel Bouchard was forced to turn over all his mail to Lynda

Andy Bouchard, Lynda & Bob Staub, Claire Demery Peggy Keough took turns
"guarding" and/or sleeping overnight or occupying his time with Chinese food to
ensure that Lionel Bouchard had no contact with daughter who could
take her father to a lawyer to enforce his legal rights!

Andy Bouchard, against Manitoba Housing regulations, installed an "illegal" huge
large lock & chain on the inside of his father's door room #6 despite
intercom security at front locked entrance door and then had his sister of B.C.
charged with public mischief when she tried to visit her father along with Laurent
Houde her uncle at the St. Eustache Manor!

Andy Bouchard hired Orion Security firm (click here) to sleep overnight to
"guard" Lionel while Andy went overseas to Holland. Andy wanted to ensure that
Lionel Bouchard was isolated and had no contact with his sister.
Peace Bond application applied in order to prevent their father from obtaining
the services of a lawyer with the assistance of sister from B.C. - as recommended
by the Judge in Portage La Prairie who dismissed the four Peace Bond.
Applications requested by Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub, Claire Demery as well as
Lionel Bouchard, who has no recollection of attending the court hearing,
testifying in numerous affidavits that he believed he was drugged as his
memory is otherwise very sharp, this after sleeping overnight with all four
at Andy's home in Portage La Prairie.

Lionel Bouchard is on a fixed-income pension.
Prior to this Lionel Bouchard had no rent or mortgage to pay for out of his meager pension income.
However, he did hold a mortgage for his son Andy Bouchard for the Bouchard
Centennial Homestead Andy Bouchard forced him to sell to him.
Andy Bouchard's plans when buying the first half of the 89 acres, was to subdivide lots on the other side of the river.
However, Andy Bouchard's application was turned down by the Municipality of Cartier in Elie.
Lionel Bouchard derived a small income from renting a room which covered the
utilities, all lost when forced out of his home!
In addition, in being relocated, there was no room for a freezer, hence Lionel lost income and socializing through the sale of fresh pickerel to the community.
Lionel Bouchard also lost small revenue from his job grass-cutting, yard
maintenance for M.T.S. ~ all which supplemented his already meager pension income
as a result of his divorce and having to split his pension.
Despite driving a grader for the Municipality of Cartier for over twenty-five years, there was no pension plan in effect like there is today.
