appointment.

Senior found on the floor in his home by patrolling RCMP after failing to answer his telephone when lights observed in the house. Taken to Portage Hospital, Mike Slegers passed away two weeks later from cancer.
Mike Slegers' children who, along with ex-wife, had been "terrified" of him based on his past abusive actions against his family - including putting up his children in foster homes, stalking his wife in the city with a gun in the back lane, did not want anything to do with funeral arrangements requesting no designated family seating. Hence a St. Francois counselor was asked to oversee funeral arrangements.
As his legacy, Mike Slegers, true to his word, left nothing in his "Will" to his children! Rather Mike Slegers donated the majority of his estate to a charity - the St. Boniface Hospital, and to a nephew/godson in Mierlo, Holland.
