INCREDIBLY FAR-FETCHED
ANDY BOUCHARD'S AFFIDAVIT
PERJURY
1. How can a rancher 3/4 of a mile from the highway and town be remote?
2. What about all the neighbours within walking distance on the Bouchard
homestead, where Lionel Bouchard subdivided lots years ago?
3. Live on his own? What about the boarder who also lived there five days a week?
4. Since when is a "life estate" negotiable? Especially to the detriment of the holder?
Why was there a need to "amend" a life estate, it is what it is.
5. Andy Bouchard claims in his sworn affidavit that "this was the last time my father raised
his concern to move back." Who would believe that statement? What about all the verbal
agreements Andy Bouchard? To Mike Slegers, to his youngest sister to others stating
that his Dad would be "allowed" to move back in after Andy Bouchard did minor
renovations to the place (which were never done and which small safety issues brought to
Andy's attention - adjusting the front sensor light, removing debris around the place, taking
out boxes from the boiler room considered to be a fire hazard, replacing a bathroom leaky
faucet, looking at the rusty shower, etc., minor routine maintenance issues - which did not
necessitate moving his father out for six months for!
6. The agreement was that Andy Bouchard would pay his father's full rent. Appears
Andy Bouchard chose to change the terms to only 1/2 the rent for evicting his father,
this while Andy collected rent for the whole house.
7. Obviously Lionel Bouchard preferred to live in Elie, closer to his friends and his home town of 82 years at the time and not six miles north in a low rental housing complex with no
amenities in the area and more gas consuming for his older Dodge 8 passenger van.
8. Not only did Lionel Bouchard request to move back, but so did numerous of his friends,
all efforts to move Lionel Bouchard back into his home were refused by Andy
Bouchard!
