                                     Father-in-law not be moved and not paid "rent"!

Angie Bouchard's email to deceive her in-laws,  fully aware that Andy Bouchard had "zero intentions" what-so-ever to allow his father Lionel Bouchard to remain in his home of over fifty years! 

Angie claims that her father-in-law lived in the house "rent-free". 

It was Lionel Bouchard's home to begin with through a life estate signed with Andy Bouchard.

At the time Andy pressured his father to buy the Bouchard homestead, having his father carry the mortgage interest-free....

Neither "life estate" nor "mortgage" were ever registered on title to safeguard Lionel Bouchard
interests!

This also paved the way for Andy Bouchard to place "No Trespass" orders on his father's home in Elie and demand the RCMP remove this sister who was out caring briefly for her father after being discharged from the hospital in her care pending reassignment of home care.

For the past twenty years, his daughter, Lynda Staub has worked at Winnipeg Land Titles and looking after her father's business affairs for years according to her affidavits.
