Complaint filed by Jules Chartrand at  RCMP Headingley regarding "assault by Andy Bouchard" after hit Jules' hand when Andy tried to steal Jules' cellular from him as the phone rang. 

This incident occurred in August 2008 while sitting at the table at Mike Slegers in St. Francois Xavier.  Jules was visiting his cousin Lionel Bouchard who was not allowed by Andy Bouchard & Mike Slegers to leave Mike's property. unescorted, or go to his lawyer Winston Smith's office, nor sister Madeleine's home in Winnipeg.

Restrictions imposed were in order to prevent Lionel from obtaining his possession order to his home scheduled to be heard days later in court!
