Lionel Bouchard complained he was made to drive the oldest of Andy Bouchard's 3 or 4 combines, at times while Andy Bouchard partied weekends at his lakefront property in Kenora, Ontario, not once reimbursing his father for servicing the combines stored at the homestead in Elie, nor for gasoline or cellular to work Andy's combines.
Lionel Bouchard's accountant confirmed that by Andy adding income additional income one year onto his father's T4 tax slip, this affected his father's tax return whereby his father had to pay taxes ~ possibly affecting his guaranteed income supplement and G.S.T. credits.

Also refer to "Unpaid Vendor" drop down menu under "Legal" for copy of Andy Bouchard's notes whereby Andy deducts income tax on his father's pay for driving the oldest of Andy's three or four combines.
In some years, Lionel Bouchard was not issued a T4 slip (confirmed in Andy's conversation at a lawyer's office). In addition, in one taxation year, income tax withheld at source was not reported as per CCRA tax printout!
