   Immediately upon Lionel Bouchard's arrival in Winnipeg, Lionel was whisked by
   his sister Peggy Keough to sister- in-law Margaret Bouchard, in Keewatin, in close
   proximity to Andy Bouchard's lakefront property at Louise Lake where the breach
   occurred.
