January 29, 2006, two charges of theft against Andy Bouchard for stealing both Lionel Bouchard and his sister's cellular telephones, and a binder containing new Power of Attorney.
In an attempt to have the "No Contacts" and "Two counts of theft removed", Andy Bouchard breeched the orders in delegating agreements he presigned be presented to his father and sister.
Immediately after agreements signed, sister was ordered to leave, and Andy & Angie Bouchard, Lynda Staub, Claire Demery evicted their father from his home of over fifty years in order to sell the property.

Andy Bouchard hired Security Firm Orion to guard his father Lionel Bouchard overnight at the St. Eustache Manor where he and his sisters had moved their father on February 14, 2006 in to prevent sister from assisting her father enforce his Life Estate Agreement. Other nights, Claire Demery, Lynda Staub, Andy Bouchard, Doreen Bouchard took turns "guarding" their father to ensure no contact with anyone who could/would assist him in his rights to his home of over 50 years!
