Lionel Bouchard, diagnosed with "possible" slight  onset of dementia in Maple Ridge, B.C. - in actuality Lionel Bouchard had a hearing impairment and this examination was done by a foreigner who his own daughter had difficulty understanding, hence the diagnosis!!!
