                              FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS

Lynda Staub fraudulently charged Robert Van Steelant's credit card for payment of Jeannette Van Steelant's funeral at Wojcik Funeral Chapel.                           

Lynda Staub's Power of Attorney had been revoked by Lynda's own doing July 2006.

July 2006, Lynda Staub drove her mother Jeannette Van Steelant to revise her "Will" at Lynda's lawyer's office, amended to exclude three sisters of Lynda Staub's chosing.

In addition, Lynda Staub had herself replaced as "executrix" naming her step-father's Robert Van Steelant as new "executor".

Lynda Staub concealed this new "Will" until after her mother's death, refusing to present a copy of the "Will" to her step-father until required to do so at the lawyer's office ~ quite some time after her mother's death this after unsuccessfully pressuring Robert to buy the acreage from her immediately after her mother's death.      

Lynda Staub transferred her mother's car into her own name.

Lynda Staub demanded immediate payment for the land she held as "joint tenant".

This joint tenancy occurred by virtue of Lynda Staub
fraudulently adding her name on the transfer document at Winnipeg Land Titles Office, where Lynda Staub has worked for over twenty years...

Lynda Staub, on the evening of Jeannette Van Steelant's  funeral, despite being without legal authority, disbursed her mother's jewellery, behind closed doors, in her bedroom in Rosser, to herself, her sisters Claire Demery and Helene Johnson, in accordance with the revised terms of the "Will" directed by Lynda Staub at her own lawyer's office.
