Grace Hospital, January 2006, Andy Bouchard accompanied by Lynda Staub, slipped a "Power of Attorney" beneath insurance & driver licence renewal forms after their father, Lionel Bouchard, for over half an hour refused
vehemently to sign the power of attorney.  

Upon learning of this despicable deception (family abuse) upon being discharged Bouchard revoked the document.  

Andy Bouchard had used this power of attorney to open up a "personal injury lawsuit" with David Bradley the next day and then transferred the civil suit to his own lawyer, demanding that he, Andy Bouchard, get paid the first $2,500 for his "trouble" - trips to the hospital.....

​At age 82, Lionel Bouchard moved against his will on February 14, 2006, from his home of 50 years in Elie to St. Eustache, Manitoba by maliciously-greedy son Andy Bouchard who denied to all ever having entered into a Life Estate Agreement with his father, which was never registered, nor the mortgage his father carried on his behalf, by sister Lynda Staub who works at Winnipeg Land Titles office.  

Raised a Catholic, where is "Honour thy father" Commandment Andy? Lynda Staub? Claire Demery? Helene Johnson?
