                 Setting aside three "Protection Orders"

    In September 2010, Lionel Bouchard unable to attend court, the first
    of two protection orders were "set aside".
 
    Costs were requested and awarded against Lionel Bouchard in
    favour of Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub, and Claire Demery, despite
    the Court admitting they were unable to enforce judgement against
    pension income....Conservative estimate of court costs $16,000.
