Two Counts of "Theft under $5,000" after Andy Bouchard barged in a rage into his father's home in Elie
January 29, 2006, Andy Bouchard charged with two counts of theft by Lionel Bouchard, his father, and his sister of B.C., for stealing their cellular phones as well as other personal items.
Andy Bouchard, on his sister's cellular, was being exposed by his sister of Calgary, informing her father and sister that Andy Bouchard had gathered other family members in order to ambush his father and evict him from his homeof over fifty years.
At no time, did Andy Bouchard inform his siblings thathe and his father had a signed Life Estate Agreement since 2002. Rather Andy Bouchard led them all astray, focusing the blame on his sister from B.C.
Andy Bouchard's telephone call to this sister in B.C. had backfired as over the telephone he informed her of his intentions to commit their father. Two hours later his sister was on the next plane from B.C. to Winnipeg to ensure that did not happen and to assess the situation for herself!
Andy breeched the "No Contacts" the same day by coming out to and sending his wife into Lionel Bouchard's home along with two sisters Lynda Staub and Claire Demery.
The next day Andy Bouchard had his sisters provide a "pre-signed agreement" in order to have these charges dropped under the guise of agreeing not to move his father.
One theft charge was reinstated only to be laterdismissed by Crown Tim Owen citing "family dispute".
